Our Weekend

Friday night, Wes decided he had to go hunting.  He usually doesn't go on Friday nights, but he was getting worried that he had only killed one deer this year.  He likes to get 3-4 a year to make sure we can stock our freezer full for the year and of course have enough meat to make a couple large things of hash too.  So he went off to hunt and it was just me and Paige.  We tried to see if Mimi wanted to go eat supper with us, but she already had plans.  So we just ate leftovers at the house and I was getting bored, so we decided to go to Hobby Lobby to see what we could get in to.  And this is what won...

 

This activity didn't last for very long, but it was defiantly entertaining!  After we did that, we just got ready for bed and played until Daddy got home...with no deer again!

Saturday morning, we woke up and got ready to head to Clemson.  We spent some time downtown and then hung out around the tailgate until kickoff.

                          

 

And then it was game time.  Paige was having a great time in the beginning...she was clapping whenever she saw other people clapping..but then it hit her that she was hot and tired!  She was pretty miserable before she finally went to sleep! 

It surely wasn't a pretty game, but our Tigers finally got everything together and won the game.  A win is a win right?  We have a HUGE game this weekend and I can not wait!  

After the game, we headed home and meet up with Wes and Jonathan for supper on their way back in town from hunting..again no deer!

Sunday, we hung around the house some and then went to a late breakfast and ran a couple errands.  We went to Mimi's house because it has been a while since she got to spend some time with Paige.  We played outside and picked scuppernogs for a while, then Wes left to hunt..story of our lives lately!  

 Emily gave this 4-wheeler that she found at a yard sale to Paige and I think she liked it.  She learned pretty quick!

The rest of the day, we just stayed around the house and played and relaxed.  It was a nice weekend and still no more deer....  (He finally got one on Tuesday night though :))
