Yummy!

I tried another new recipe last night and it was so good!  I found this recipe from Kit also!  So thank you for always putting great recipes on your blog!

I have been wanting to try stuffed bell peppers for a while but never really knew how to make them.  Here is the recipe that I used:
4 bell peppers (cut top off and clean out the inside)
1 lb ground meat (we use deer meat in our house but it could be turkey, beef anything!)
1 cup of cooked rice
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
S&P
2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
ketchup

First you need to saute the onions and garlic and sit aside.

While that was cooking, I cooked my rice and opened up my peppers....this is what they looked like

Then I added all the ingredients, except ketchup, together in a bowl and mix it.  Then stuff the peppers and drizzle a little ketchup on top!
When they are ready to go in the oven, put about an inch of water in the bottom of the dish.  Then bake for an hour to an hour and half at 350 degrees.  Mine were ready after an hour.  Don't they look delish??

Wes already put one on his plate before I could take the picture.  I really need to start using my camera instead of the phone!  The peppers actually reminded my of meatloaf!  One pepper makes a whole lot of food so no need to make anything else to go with this!
